We have two vineyards in the Armagh Valley, northwest of Clare, which operate on an organic basis to maintain the intrinsic quality of the wine. Pruned vines have been producing Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec for 20 years. Beneath these vines is a mixture of clay and sandy loam. We have also established long-term partnerships with local grape growers. Like marriage, we've been together again and again, still strong, even stronger.
